What “Basic reminders” means
Free gets one email the day before something is due. Guard and Family get one five days out as well, a weekly digest of the week ahead, and the ability to snooze a reminder without moving the deadline.
What happens to old documents
On Free, documents older than 30 days stop showing in your history. They aren’t deleted — upgrade and they’re all still there. You can export everything from Settings at any time, on any plan.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever, from Settings. You keep the paid features until the period you’ve already paid for runs out, then drop to Free. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade.
